Observation

Many small choking hazards were seen on the floor where 13 m/o and 18m/o played. A box of plastic bags was seen on a low shelf accessible to children. The diapers come in plastic sleeves which were also seen accessible to children. A new mattress is seen propped against the wall under the window encased in a plastic bag.
